I had to give 1 star to write a review. I would absolutely not rent from this facility or any Extra Storage; I paid 3 months in advance 5/2023 costing almost $400 and then was going to be month to month. 30 days before the first month to month payment was due 8/2023 I receive a postcard in the mail saying my monthly rent is doubling. This is such a scam to do this to people; I am stuck at their mercy paying whatever they say because who is going to pay to move the stuff to another storage in such a short period of time. ... read more

Tia was absolutely amazing and a delight to deal with. Our daughter rented a unit from her and we were so impressed by Tia’s professionalism and customer service skills that my husband also rented a unit and moved his stuff from another facility that he had been with long term..
