Aside from the first day moving in hitch which I believe could have been avoided with good and on time communication, every other thing have been good. Storage is easy to locate and access. And clean too.

Fast, efficient, clean, well run company. The floor and loading dock were empty, it felt very covid safe. We were able to move things in and finish within 20 minutes. I highly recommend this space and company.

I was very happy with my experience signing up for using Extra Space Storage. Though I had initially only chosen it based on location, I couldn't be happier with the space itself. And when I realized I had underestimated my storage needs and had to get a bigger unit, I was thrilled to get a good deal with it. The customer service was great; Jean was very helpful and understanding and patient.

My first impression was the space for backing in a very large truck and the cleanness of the facility. Moreover, customer service is outstanding. Also, in my opinion the facility is located in a safe location which was one of my main concern.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Clean facility and is easy to get to by public transportation. Have a variety of storage spaces available.

Renting was easy and the facilities easy to access and clean. I rented online initially and then came by to see the unit as prompted by the phone call. After confirming my initial reservation, a second reservation was made for me by my contact which confused my online rental rate. Luckily, the person executing my remote lease was able to give me the price originally guaranteed by my online reservation. That was a little confusing and definitely gave me a start, please iron out that process!
