Very new facility. Clean, well maintained. After 4 months they provided me a notice they were DOUBLING MY RENTAL FEES. That’s right, doubling. From $112 to $224. When I called and asked they said “the rate was adjusted and there was nothing they could do” Very predatory business practice. Absolutely despicable.
