I’ve had a great experience with Extra Space Storage overall. The facilities are clean, well-maintained, and easy to navigate, and I was impressed with the availability of units to meet my needs. Everything felt organized and secure, which gave me peace of mind. The only drawback is the automatic locking of the doors. While I appreciate the added security, it becomes frustrating when making frequent trips with large or heavy items. We have had a really good customer service provided by Tiera, she was very patient with us and understanding. The areas are always very clean as well as the storage places she showed us. We have been clients for a while and i have to say that in the last 2 years we have never had any issues. Prices are fair for the spaces.

Facility is well maintained and clean. Customer service is outstanding. Tiera was very helpful. Changing units as I began to downsize was extremely quick and easy. Highly recommend!

Tiera, is extremely professional, prompt, courteous and very helpful. I had an technical issue logging into the mobile app, and she was on top it. Making sure to explain the process, to troubleshoot the problem, to contact the IT team on my behalf to correct the issue. Very satisfied, the unit and facility are very clean and neat and would recommend Extra Space Storage for anyone looking for a Storage unit.

Tiera and Sabrina were wonderful through the entire process of obtaining the storage unit and now the check out process as we move out of state. Both of them are kind, communicative, and very helpful! And the facility is clean and secure as well which made us feel comfortable and confident to store our belongings there.
