I really enjoyed the freedom and easy flow of this unit. Most places are hard core about their rules and all their fees. the customer service was super friendly . Patient and accommodating. The hrs of the gate are longer available then most places and convenient. They provide the lock you pay 20 for upon rental and take it with you. They clean the unit upon move out. At This location everyone was very helpful and friendly.
Catherine was so kind and helpful! Made the process of getting a unit quick and easy. Also went above and beyond to talk with us about things we hadn’t thought about like insurance or lighting and got us a great rate!
Clean well maintained storage space at a good price with friendly staff. I was so stressed with moving and work and they were patient and understanding. Very appreciated. ☺️
Extra space storage was easy to rent from. I was able to do it all over the phone from out of state. I had a truck deliver my furniture,it was easy to get into my unit. When it came time to move out they made it super easy. I would give them a 10/10.
I’d like to thank Andrew! He saw that I ordered a unit online. He saw that I was storing furniture and the unit I had selected was not described properly. He reached out minutes after I bought the unit to tell me the actual dimensions and that it was a small cubby up high. That is not what I had in mind at all. He helped me transfer the unit to just a size bigger and it is perfect size and easy access. Great experience so far!!!
