Renting a short-term storage space at Extra Space Storage was SO easy! I did it online, then went right over there and Marnie assisted me with the final steps. She was so nice and a pleasure to do business with. Another staff person stopped to talk with me while I was unloading the truck. He just wanted to make sure everything was going smoothly. This was my first time renting a storage unit. Steven was absolutely wonderful to work with. I was nervous about the entire process, but he put me at ease. He explained the entire process of renting a unit and even showed me a similar unit for comparison. After the paperwork was done, he walked me through how to access the unit and showed me where it was at. I am extremely satisfied with how everything went. Thank you Steven!!

I have rented space from Extra Space storage on three occasions in two locations. They are a customer service business at it's very best. Personally answer their phones or text or email promptly. very willing to accommodate your needs and guide you to the lowest cost option for your situation. Immaculately clean facilities. Honest and friendly staff. I wish there were more businesses with this caliber of customer service like this. - Dr. Steve

I rented a unit yesterday using the web site and was impressed with how easy the process was between sending my payment and having access to the unit. I immediately received an access code and a cylinder lock was waiting in the unit when I arrived. I was impressed by the cleanliness inside and how smooth everything was. Been a customer for about 6 months now and I have no complaints. Site is kept very clean, the entrances are monitored by camera and I feel like my possessions are very secure. Multiple size units to fit any size, whether your have a few extra things you wish you had an extra closet for to large units capable of handling your small business’ warehouse needs. Also friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend!!
