Layla and Silvia were so helpful with setup and the rental process. I had no issues accessing my unit and had the best customer experience at this facility. I actually left behind a valuable family guitar and the good people in the facility returned it downstairs and held it in a secure place until the owner came to reclaim it. So helpful, 10/10 recommend!
Highly recommend. Sylvia provided excellent customer service, demonstrating professionalism and politeness throughout our visit. She patiently explained the pricing of different storage units when we decided to change ours due to size constraints. After selecting a more suitable unit, Sylvia even offered helpful advice on which elevator would be most convenient for accessing our new unit. A great experience overall.
I cannot say enough how much I appreciate the Extra Space team on Zonolite. I am not always happy with the rate increases, but the extra mile Sylvia goes to communicate and connect the dots, keeps me "stored". Keep the excellent service going! It's an invaluable plus!
