RecommendedI got sick and was unable to be present for the move-in to our unit. I called ahead to alert ESS that I had a truck coming and Kevin, the manager, came in early that day to make certain there were no issues. On arrival, my moving company quickly realized the unit I had rented was too small. Kevin helped us secure a new unit and waited until the day’s end to release the smaller one to ensure we had enough space. Throughout the day, Kevin went above and beyond to help and communicated very effectively. He was great!!
