Absolutely one of the best places for all your storage needs. Long story but the only reason I picked this place is because they told me they would not raise my monthly price. Public storage kept raising my price every 4-6 months. So i went ahead and switched. So glad i did. Not once did they changed my monthly price in a year. I will definitely be using this place in the future.
I had a great experience moving in with the help of Marian. She is so helpful and accommodating for every step in the process. My unit was ready very clean and Marian walked all the way to show me the property and how to everything I may need. Keep it Marian you’re amazing!
Overall Great experience, never had a problem accessing my stuff for over 2 years. Also, very helpful staff at the spring cypress/normandy forest location. Always makes everything more smooth.
The customer service here is top tier. I called and spoke to the customer service line which was an excellent experience. Once I arrived Marian took the BEST care of me. My information that was given to the customer service line had already gotten over to Marian which made it a smooth process! Definitely will continue services here and recommend them when necessary.
I would give10 stars to this location and the manager here if I could. I have been storing my things here for about 2 years. I have lived in 11 different cities over the last 20 years and maintained storages during this time so I’ve come in contact with a lot of storage companies.
