My experience with extra space storage was great ! We were able to explain to Trisha what we needed and were all set up in about 30 minutes! The place is clean ., easily accessible snd customer service fabulous!
Using the online service was easy. I had a few questions, so I called the 800 number and they finished taking care of me over the phone and still gave me the special offer from online. Great people to deal with.
I am impressed. The front desk associate walked me through the whole process, options with their units and she is explained the ExtraSpace website to me. The building is well lit and clean. Access to the elevator from any entrance was perfect. They are pleasant and seem to brighten your day.
