This is our first time renting. It has been a great experience! Brandon is an excellent property manager! He answered all my questions, in person and on the phone. He took the time to show me a unit and describe the available options and pricing. Once we decided to rent, Brandon again was very helpful and made the process easy. The storage facility is very clean, well lit inside, and conveniently located near our home. I really like the carts that are available to assist moving items. Thanks Brandon!

Everyone was so helpful and prompt getting what I needed.
Overall a smooth process to rent and move into my new storage unit. The employees were very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process, both in the customer service call center and at the facility.
