Facility is clean and maintained. Manager in person, Christoper McPherson, was very kind in clarifying my access code when the email did not. He showed me how to properly handle the unusual locking and unit door. Very pleased and would recommend.
Great staff member, very friendly and helpful. The staff member helped me to swap to another unit immediately for a different size. I will work with them for my future needs.
I had been looking for a storage unit for an upcoming cross-country move, saw the reviews for Extra Space. Booked a 10x30 through the website easily. I found it to be a quick, painless, and efficient online reservation process. Two days later, I found out I had to delay the move due to an unexpected issue.
