I rent a 10x20 space for a moving job. I rented the online space. A day before the move, I visited the building to verify that the space rented will satisfied my expectations. I arrived at the office and Victoria took care of me. She was very professional and educated. She showed me the unit and explained to me the process to access to the building and the storage space. Excellent service.
I’ve been renting a storage unit from extra space and so far my experience has been wonderful. The manager Victoria is exceptional at job. She is very kindhearted and friendly. Whatever concerns I may have she always addresses it without a doubt.
This staff is ultimately the best. Always in and out with no problem safety and location makes me feel at home and comfortable. Store manager Victoria or shall I say Queen Victoria who works the front end is very knowledgeable and precise about details and you can’t go wrong with her help. I appreciate the hospitality and comfort provided by you guys.
