Needed a storage unit for a few things while I move to a new house. The quote was 165 or so for monthy rate, emailed us the quote and it was the same as discussed in the phone. Then as we wrapped up the paperwork they slapped on a 45 dollar "insurance fee" that made it over 200 a month for a storage unit. Nowhere did it say in the quote or on the phone that it would be over 200. Extremely shady way to do business especially if you don't disclose the FULL price up front.

Adam was incredibly helpful and made it very easy to find my unit (I’m a bit directionally challenged). Facilities were clean and felt very safe!
Management is kind and quick to help! It’s also kept very well cleaned. Will definitely be using again.

Picking and renting the storage unit was simple. Site manager, Chelsea, gave top knotch service. She found the right unit for our needs and we moved our belongings that afternoon. It was a last minute situation, and she made it all go smoothly.
