I have rented with Extra Space Storage for over 4 years, but my recent experience has been unacceptable. Earlier this year, my original storage unit developed a severe rodent problem. There were large amounts of droppings throughout the unit and even a dead rodent present. The odor was so strong I could not breathe inside for more than a few minutes. This place provides very nice service! Positive and friendly vibes from their Staff members especially the employee member Carla F!!! I’m very pleased with my experience and know my family members who’ve been loyal to this very establishment for approximately 4 and a half years are overly satisfied with their own personal experience!!!
