This might be my second review but I have to give it. Storage is storage in my mind. Some places are better than others. But this location is everything you want from the service. I had a pleasure of speaking with Mickey at extra space. Customer service is a 10/10! She very kind, understanding, helpful AND SPEAKS WITH THE MOST JOYFUL AND SWEETEST TONE EVER! Usually when you call and have a lot of questions most people gets annoyed but not her she’s very kind and patient and speaks clearly. Process was less than 30 mins. Lovely facility and staff! We needed storage for a temporary situation and were able to make the reservation and select our storage unit online. When we arrived the next day, everything was set up for us and we were able to easily access the unit. Once we no longer had a need for storage, we were also able to easily and quickly close out our account. If you ever need storage in the Miami area, this is a great place. Very secure and clean.
