Very clean facility-the lighting was efficient, it was a safe environment. I was thoroughly pleased with my experience of two years. Thank you Extra Space Storage for providing a pleasant experience.
My experience was absolutely perfect! Merilyn was beyond resourceful and helpful throughout my entire moving process! She’s a valuable asset to this storage facility. And runs a very tight ship! Everything is so nice and clean great for anybody in any situation regarding moving or just needing extra space! I will definitely be only using this facility from now on!
They had a sign stating 1st month free, and it was the closest one to me. So I rented a 5x5. By the time we were done I didn't receive a free month and the first month was 84 dollars! That included fees and having to buy a lock from them. Plus insurance is necessary , so instead of 20 a month it's now 31 a month. Nice facility though, just make sure you do research. I'm sure I could've found a cheaper one, but I didn't have enough time
I am renting with them currently and am going to change storage units. I signed up with the unit price of $84, have only paid 2 months of payments, and they are already DOUBLING MY RENT to $170 due to "market conditions"!!! And yet the now active price for the same unit online is $54. How are they able to lower it to be so much cheaper if "market conditions" are so high??? Typical storage unit scams. DON'T RENT WITH THEM! THEY WILL INCREASE/DOUBLE YOUR RENT WITHIN A COUPLE OF MONTHS OF BEING THERE!
Moved from a nearby facility due to getting almost double the size unit for same price. The whole process was online. Never stepped foot in office. Received facility code via email and lock was inside unit when I arrived. Eazy peazy. Would recommend.
