Geraldo is the manager and he is the best! We have been a client for 3 yrs and he has helped us transition to different sized units as our needs require. It is clean and very well run and they are very responsive and helpful.
This storage facility was amazingly clean and well maintained. I was impressed with the agent Rafael, who spent extra time with us explaining the different options that best fit our needs. He was professional and trustworthy and made it a good experience. The facility is clean, well lit, climate controlled and professionally run. I’ll recommend this location to others who need storage.
Great experience. Easy to book online. They had the best prices and unit sizes available in the area. Unfortunately, the unit they assigned me online was already occupied when I arrived. However, the rep (Xavier) was very helpful and switched me to another unit of the same size right away and switched over the paperwork very easily. Overall, the experience was great. The unit issue could’ve been a problem but they handled it satisfactorily and expeditiously.
