I looked at a unit one night online, Don called me the next morning by 10am and made the process very easy and seamless. I noticed that the 5x5 unit I originally selected was too small for my needs. So, I contacted them again and Christian went above and beyond to get me what I needed quickly. I am very happy I selected this place for my storage needs. This storage facility is excellent to work with. The process is streamlined to go smoothly. The people are great to work with and are thorough in giving the correct information. The facility itself is A+. Charles today was efficient, thorough, and kind; he was very helpful.
Great experience all the way. Oscar walked me to my unit then filled me in on I needed to come in the building. Very professional. Brandon at western Ave. set up my sign in because he did not have what I needed on the 1 st. floor. Went beyond for me. Thanks to all who made my transition from another unit that gave me 10 days notice because of water damage. Stress gone.
Worker was very helpful, kind, and easygoing when we had trouble with our lock, which wasn’t his problem, but he nevertheless took time to help us
