Great service and upkeep of the facility. Honestly, I am very grateful that I chose this facility when moving out from the start because the location, maintenance, and reliability are above its competition. Even against other extra space locations in the state. I've been in my friends' units at other locations and there is an actual difference. Huge thanks to Patrick and the rest of the staff for addressing any of our concerns with unit size, dumping, and pricing.

We looked at another unit and was wait listed. When unit became available the price changed. Asked why and was told prices change every hour! Contact ExtraSpace (Lee) and he was upfront on costs and price increases. Felt we could trust him.
It was easy to reserve online. Paperwork signing on line through docu sign was a snap.Good customer service by Doug when I went to the Storage facility the first time.
Doug at the Florham Park location is the man.
Great time saving online booking. Fantastic Hours accessibility. Well lit. Clean and I love the calming green colors more than the stressful orange of the competitors!
