Evelyn is wondering walked me through the process explain everything on the lease . She walked us up on setting up the app and made sure it was working before we left the property. What really sold us was how she knew every customer by name and greeted everyone as you was walking around with us. Very friendly super clean very safe I would definitely refer the location hands down.

I have been dealing with Evelyn in Stratford she is an absolute pro. She was able to help me sign up for a unit, lock and insurance. She had nothing but smiles and a hello to anyone who either made eye contact or even walked by. I would recommend this facility to all my family and friends. Very happy with the services

Let me start by saying I have been doing Auctions at alot of companies and extra space has always impressed me. The lady is Stratford Ms. Evelyn was a pleasure to talk with place is well-lit and clean. I wish I can give a million and one stars she deserves it.

I highly recommend this facility! The staff is welcoming and provides excellent customer service. The facility is clean and secure. I definitely prefer Extra Space Storage over U-Haul. The prices are affordable, and the staff gives advance notice if there are any changes in rent. I give it 5 out of 5 stars!
