Renting storage was really simple and easy through the web. When I got to the location, I initially had issues getting into the interior after the gate. Luckily Brian Williams (Store Manager) was there to help. He even showed me how to use the lock which I really appreciated. Definitely 5 stars to Brian!

Checked out this storage facility today as I am moving from Monterey to Fremont. I am super impressed with the facility. The entire place is immaculately clean. The entire process from application to payment and explanation of space rental went very smoothly and very organized.
