Was actually a 5 STAR rating, but had just one small problem... NOT ENOUGH CARTS AVAILABLE.. I'm sure corporate could buy several more for this location & depreciate them over many years...William, the Manager, was GREAT... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED..

I have enjoyed using Extra Space. The staff is fantastic. William is my fave. The only thing I have to complain about is that the staff is required to lock up the carts when the building is closed. So, that’s means that half the time, customers don’t have access to the carts.

Management is wonderful to work with. Both William and Angel have been very kind as well as accommodating. We had some issues with a unit and the issue was solved right away to my satisfaction. I recommend this facility on 27th Avenue and Glendale.
