Friendly, helpful staff
Mr. Bill was very helpful when dealing with a lease that was opened up for me without my knowledge. He was very respectful and friendly. On a side note, when going through any life changes and someone tells you they open a storage unit in your name, make sure you yourself read the lease someone locks you in. Let me tell ya, this place is wonderful. I have had nothing but positive interactions with the the Ladies and Gentleman that work in the office on site. Shawn is among the greats. Gavin made my move in experience very easy and enjoyable. He made sure I knew how to get in, where the unit was, and how the facility works. I know that is his job but the big thing was I arrived five minutes before closing. He took the extra step and went past his closing time to check me in. A big thanks!!
