RecommendedI found ESS to have a friendly and helpful staff. Their location was very convenient for my needs. I relocated from a another storage facility because they didn't have climate controlled units. I have really enjoyed making use of my new climate controlled units at ESS. I would definitely recommend ESS to others.
Every time I need assistance the people at Storage Exoress are very eager to help or find answers for me! Bryan cut the lock on my unit because I lost the key!!! Silly me!!! When I inquired about the cost Bryan said “there is no cost it’s part of our service” what nice words to hear 😎 Having used storage units in the past, not only in Bloomington but elsewhere. Extra Space Storage is such an amazing place to use when needing to find temporary or semi permanent storage. I found them last year at short notice and was able to find a wonderful unit inside the climate controlled building. Plenty of space! Super clean and easy access to the building and to the unit. It was nice to walk in and find an accessible cart right at the entrance too! Because Lordy, books are heavy!
