I got my unit pre opening for the day by just calling the number. When I arrived with two car loads of things, the two people who work at my location, grabbed carts, loaded all my belongings on to the carts, making two trips up to the third floor and putting my things in my unit. They are the nicest and most helpful people you’d ever want to meet. I highly recommend this company.
