The entire experience could not have been better!! The facility is spotless, well secured and the units are easily accessed. Carts are always available. The staff is friendly, caring and professional. Both Chris (helped me on the phone prior to coming in for the first time) and Chris (who greeted us at the facility and helped us with the rental process) who OUTSTANDING!!! I highly recommend EXTRA SPACE STORAGE!
I have been working with the management at this facility, mainly Chris, for about a year now as I am taking care of my father-in-law's matters. We have rented four units, and closed down two in that timeframe. Chris is an industry expert, always ready to give great advice, and is super-helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!
I have had to use multiple self storage companies across several states. Chris, the manager at this location, provided exceptional customer service. Any questions or issues I had were promptly explained and/or addressed. If you need self storage in this area and they have a unit fits your needs, I highly recommend this location. -If you are a higher up at extraspace, give this man a raise!
I have been renting from Extra Space and Chris for a little over a year. In that time my circumstances have required me to move my unit a few times. Chris has always been incredibly helpful finding me units that are near to one another to make the transition easy. He makes is known that as a customer I can reach out if I need anything regarding my unit. He is polite, professional and very kind. He also has industry knowledge required to manage a storage complex well. The facility is maintained nicely and it is clean.
