As far as my personal experience, the location that I use has been exceptionally good. The facilities are accurate, and clean. The manager at my location has been more than helpful and accommodating. I feel long term and repeat renters should always receive preferred rates. A great facility with a great manager, and I'm happy to be there.
Called in to upsize my store Automated phone was easy to navigate Got my onsite manager and was able to find what I needed. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Signed the contract on the phone paid what was owed. Very nice to not have to go in and take time off work.
This was an amazing experience from the time I walked in to the time I signed to have a storage unit. Ron was so sweet and had all the answers to my questions. Will definitely refer them for anyone that is looking for a storage facility.
I did an online chat and received all the information I was asking about. Then I had a phone call with the store team member which was a pleasant experience and he took care of everything to rent a unit. He was personable and made the call pleasant and enjoyable.
Ron was super helpful and quick and efficient. The whole entire experience was efficient and amazing. He answered all of our questions. The storage units themselves are super clean and so is the facility. The piece and size options are also super reasonable!
