RecommendedI had a great experience at Extra Space storage. The only problem I experienced was the back elevator broken. I had to climb up two flights of stairs with belongings to gain access to my unit. Other than that no complaints. Next time I will get a unit on the first floor.

5 stars plus. I was in search of a short term storage unit in West Philly. Extra Space was the only company to answer the phone. David in central booking was so helpful and curtious. Marcy at the Sansom St. location could not have been nicer or more professional. Great team.
