Excellent customer service! Jermaine helped me set up a second rental after we filled up one unit. He was very friendly, informative, and personable. The units are clean, pest-free, and safe. We'll definitely continue using Extra Storage beyond our move for items that need long term storage. Highly recommend! To the powers that be: Jermaine deserves major praise. One of the best customer service experiences I've had in a long time!
Staff was really helpful. I was able to rent a parking spot and a temperature controlled unit. The Unit was clean, and odor free. Thanks for the wonderful service.
