I lost the keys to my lock and Irma Albelo, the Store Manager, cut the lock off for me. She’s the best ever!!! Thanks!!! I also moved my stuff out today and they refunded my charges for the month. This facility is always clean and the staff are more than helpful and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service.
The ladies in the office are friendly and always willing to help! I would recommend extra space to anyone looking for somewhere to store anything from furniture to odds and ends! Very trustworthy location.
Set up storage contract online with great ease. The Manager took the time to call in advance of my first visit to welcome me to Extra Space Storage. I went to the facility an hour later and the unit was ready with a new lock waiting for me. The cleanliness and climate control is first rate. Security is clearly a priority having the front door lock behind me after every use. I honestly look forward to the opportunities to deliver items to our storage unit.
Original review I gave them was 5 stars for the price and customer service. They raised my rent on the unit from $70 to $138 a month. So if you're like me and need somewhere to store you're stuff for a couple months I would suggest going somewhere they don't jack up the rates after two months.
Needed a last minute storage unit and Extra Space Storage delivered!! Steve the on site manager was very helpful. Wasn’t sure what size unit we needed, he happily gave us a tour of both available sizes before signing any agreement. This is my second unit with ESS. The security is second to none. Not too mentioned every unit is climate controlled.
