I would not recommend them at all. I used them once years ago and they were great. Which is why I went to them in May of this year. The person at the call center took all my info and payment and told us that we didn’t need insurance and then when we went to move in we were told that we did so I had to increase my insurance to satisfy their requirements. Ok, no problem, mistakes happen. We moved our stuff in and found that the light outside our unit wasn’t working. We mentioned this to them after moving things in and were tol... read more
