Customer service was excellent. The facility was extremely clean and easily accessible. I love the convenience of the days and hours available.
I signed a contract at a promotional rate. Less than 3 months later, my rate was doubled. When I called to address the rate increase, I was told to call back the day the increase went into effect and request a tenant rate adjustment to lower the rate. When I called back on that date, I was told no adjustment could take place. Beware of predatory practices such as offering a low promotional rate, moving all your things in, and then being hit with a double rate increase less than 3 months later.
We rent at this facility and the manager is the nicest most Professional caring person I recommend this facility to anyone She not only works there but she cares about her tenants we plan to stay for a long while . The facility is clean and safe any day or time . Thank you Ileana for being amazing
I got a storage to store my vehicle and was only paying $135. All of a sudden within months the payment went up to $200. I am not happy with the increase that they have done! Very disappointing. As soon as I can find another storage with a cheaper rate, I will definitely never rent from them again!
