The exceptional customer service by the Manager, Shannon Bailey, the ease of completing the lease agreement and explanation of terms, convenient location, cleanliness of the facility, level of security and comfort in storing my personal belongings. Albeit more space than I need, I know there is always an option to move to a smaller unit. This is the third Extra Space Storage I have used and it is, by far, the BEST.

The units are very spacious and the building is always very clean and secure along with the office staff both ladies are very friendly and always helpful to whatever issues arise 💝
