I had an excellent experience at extra space storage of new Britain ave. Ashley the manager give me an excellent service open the door for me, giving me good attitude and following up all my process. I really suggest you this storage if you need one.

The customer service was excellent. She explained all of our unit options, the billing, and personally showed us how to put the lock on the unit. Additionally she explained how to reach her in the event of an after hours situation.
