We went to Extra Space at the beginning of the year to see if we could change our unit. Rissa Rogers was not only able to find what we were looking for, but it was only six units away from the unit we were currently renting. Rissa was extremely helpful and easy to work with. No surprise she is the Store Manager. We have been very pleased with Extra Space. Pricing is very fair and being able to drive your car into the building is the best! Tyler and Rissa are the best! We moved from Miami and they were very pleasant and explained everything! My wife and I have rented from Public Storage in the past and we were hesitant to try a different company but they really made us enjoy the process. I honestly believe they deserve a raise because it’s hard to find great people like them, especially these days!
