Five star storage facility and management! This was my first time ever having a personal storage unit and not only is this facility on Orangeburg Road amazing for accommodating all my needs; but Norman has been extraordinary and helping me through the whole process. I have now been using this storage unit for several months, and Norman has been extremely knowledgeable, informative, professional, and always leaves me with a smile and the confidence that my things are in great hands!! Norman is FANTASTIC! The facility is clean and always in order! He is very friendly, helpful, and informative and manages his location with a breeze! I recommend using this location and letting Norman get you all set up!

Update: as of 2/27/2025 Norman has been fantastic. He keeps the property spotless and the Customer Service is TOP TIER!!! Previous rating: Recently rented with Norman and it was a great experience. Norman was very knowledgeable and he already did his homework ; he knew my previous rental history (that I was a former DTL); he rolled out the selling experience and I could tell he was trained right! Thank you for all of your help Norman. I appreciate you.
