I feel much safer in storing my belongings With Extra Space Storage. The facilities are extremely clean and well lit. There are cameras everywhere. The camera feedback rolls continuously on large mounted screens in the office. Very pleasant and knowledgeable staff.

I moved out of my storage unit because I couldn't afford the $280 a month fee. It seems awfully high even though I moved out on the eighth of the month and left the unit beautiful and clean I get no. Refund, so they have the option to go ahead and rent it again, but I don't get any money back for moving out on the eighth. Doesn't seem fair to me.

I am trying to reach them and I'm not in town I just left a voicemail because they wouldn't come up on Google due to a name change apparently and they charged me double my rent this month without telling me. I will be removing my stuff this month this is your two week notice. Exactly on the 31st of August.

Extra space Storage has increased rates several times at this property. The keypad at the East drive in door is not working, the rear drive in door is broken and not working, The lights in my unit have not been working for 3 years, I bring a portable plug in light. The saving grace for this location is the office staff who go out of their way to be helpful but their hands are tied. What a terrible business. We had our RV stored there for 3 months. Today, I got a notice they were doubling our monthly rent. Goodbye scammers. Your terrible price gouging business practices where you jack up rates shortly after move in will eventually catch up to you. I won't support a business that is only in it to gouge their customers. Don't waste your time with this place, they offer nothing of value to justify the rates they charge.

This particular storage facility used to be privately owned. About 2 and a half years ago they were bought by extra space and it's been nothing but price increases every couple of months since. The staff is great, some of whom have been there since before the buyout and the facilities are very nice, the ability to load and unload indoors in Phoenix is great. Not a good experience rented the biggest in door storage unit to store the boat. In the ceiling there were some critters of some sort living that were pooping on the vessel. we brought it to the attention of the manager that tried to tell us it was the wind making this happen. she refused to do anything about the situation. said we must have left the door open that was causing this to happen. Moved out a week before the rent was due again and refused to issue a refund.

Absolutely terrible. They start you out with a low teaser rate then out of nowhere they jack my rates up about 35% about 3-6 months in. Keep reading the reviews, they have been doing the same to other people recently. They are counting on the fact that once you move your belongings in to a unit that it will be too much of a hassle to rent a truck and move all of your things out. Stay away from them and do business with other companies willing to work with clients in good faith.

If I could leave a negative star for Extra Space Storage, I would! We have been with this storage facility through 2 major moves in the past 5 years! We started our lease at $196 per month. Less than 6 months pass and Extra Space took over and they changed it to $235. 2 months later (last month) $245. I cringed when I paid it! Now- a month later- I get a notice that it's changing to $306!!! How can this be legal? I hope Extra Space goes bankrupt! It's TERRIBLE‼‼
