Landmark Home Warranty gives me peace of mind. I live in a small town where there are not a lot of services. LHW is able to have a service person at my house without me having to make multiple phone calls only to find out the business has closed. Keanna C was especially helpful with getting me the best price for the coverage I needed. I will stick with this warranty.
I am learning that I have to ASK for a detailed invoice on what was done and parts replaced --as I just spent $160 total for service calls for a yearly tune up for 2 heater units in the attic in a house in NV. I do appreciate them coming quickly and even on a Saturday. Since I was out of state at the time, it was arranged for my adult son to be present for the tune up. Keanna C was super easy to work with. She was able to answer questions we had, was confident in the product yet low pressure.
I have always been pleased with a prompt response when I needed service.
While there have been a few bumps, Landmark has worked hard to fix any issue that arises.

Their covered items as well as non-covered items are spelled out very plainly in the contract.
