Great assistance in getting repairs done
Easy to use the service; very simple process.
Generally good service but most recently the repair seems intermittent. Our oven needed a new hinge to keep the oven light from staying on. But it still occasionally comes on.

coverage could be higher. If garbage disposal is found to be leaking after you buy home (new or used), the entire disposal should be replaced
