Overall responsiveness is good. The only thing we find disappointing is if a part has to be ordered. The contractor can’t order on their own; it has to come from Landmark. Even before covid, the delays can be incredibly long. Very frustrating. Overall an honest and decent company in my opinion.

They are helpful and proactive, they listened to my concerns and countless questions. They listen attentively to what you need and want. Then make sure that if works needs to be done they come to do right by there word. It is nice to know my home has someone else besides my husband and I willing to take care of it.

It’s always been easy to get ahold of someone, however the customer service reps haven’t always spoken the best English which can be frustrating. Our problems have been taken care of and the contractors who come out have been great!
