Upon initial contact, I spoke with Sebastian. He was very helpful with changes I needed to make to my reservation. When I arrived, I was greeted and assisted by the property manager. Jose was very polite, friendly and helpful. He was very knowledgeable and informative about the hours, rates, and levels of insurance available, not to mention a pleasure to talk to. Great experience, Jose was super nice and helpful. He answered all my questions patiently and showed me a few different sized units before I decided to book. Even more importantly for me, the facility is very clean and kept in good condition and it’s safe.
Spotted by quickly to get advice on what size unit I should get for my personal belongings & Sebastian assisted me with answering all my questions. He is awesome with providing customer service. Please ask for him, you’ll be in good hands !

Hands down best storage in town, Jose and Pat couldn’t be more helpful, and kind. I’ve rented twice now and it’s surprising how pleasant they make the whole thing! Awesome place, super clean and great people, definitely recommend!
