KAREN -and- LADY JAKY are incredible, kind, hard-working, and very attentive. I am thankful I selected this particular property to store my precious possessions. The property is SUPER clean, and these two ladies effectively manage the day-to-day operations like it is a 5-Star corporation.

Extra Space Storage is a complete rip-off! I warn you to not do any business with them. We went there to check on appropriate storage because we weren't sure which size will fit. We picked up fairly small storage and have stored one box until we get the rest of our things, but when we came home, we realize that it may be too small. The lady told us that if we move out the same day, she will reimburse us for any charges but guess what, they've charged $60 "with one month free" when we stored out stuff for less than 2 hours(!!... read more
