Renting storage space here has been great so far. Facility is always clean and maintained well. Charlie has been helpful and accommodating. The prices are fair compared to competitors.

Overall the service is great and have no complaints there. Main thing I would caution is the price gauging. I started with a rate that is 1/2 of the price I pay now. I got a competitive rate when I started, aligned with other storage units in the area, and three months later they doubled it, notifying me by mail. I will be moving my things once I get back to Charleston.
I only have a couple of complaints which is why I can only give them 4 stars. The facility is very clean and in great shape as was my unit. However I really wish the elevators and doorways were larger. I had to carry a couch up 4 flights of stairs because it wouldn’t fit in the elevator. Also we moved in a night so because the couch wouldn’t fit in the elevator we had to use the stairwells where there are no lights in. It’s completely dark. Not sure why there’s no running lights or even motion sensor lights in the stairwells... read more
Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. Kevin was very professional and answered all of our questions. The process to rent a unit was quick and easy. Very clean and location is easily accessible.
