Loves meeting the woman in the office. She was super helpful and patient with our 3 kids. However, there is no bathroom if the office is not open. So basically don't do a lot of work outside office hours. And walking back to my unit... saw a mouse.

Staff are great, very responsive, but the elevators were down when we moved in and down again when we moved out. Completely unreliable costing me hundreds extra in mover fees. I'd look elsewhere if reliability is important to you.

Sign up process was fast and friendly. The facility is clean with plenty of loading carts available.
Place was clean, temp controlled and easily accessible. I never had an issue with anything. Elevators worked great. Facility provided dollys for easy moves and the facility managers were always helpful especially during move in and move out! Highly recommended if you have storage needs
Many thanks to Matias, the property manager! He was very accommodating, explained everything clearly and answered every question I had. The storage is very clean and secure. I highly recommend it.
We reduced the size of our unit and moved our things a few months back. Got a letter in the mail today that rates are basically doubling in price next month. Now we'll pay almost the same amount as the larger unit we just moved out of. Scummy business practices and to top it off, when you question the rate change they'll lie to customers saying "our system automatically updates rates to match other facilities" No it doesn't. You're increasing it on purpose and taking advantage of people who don't want to move their things... read more

I've had a space in this location for several years. The past ~2, Yulia in the office has been outstanding solving problems. It's unclear why rates would double from a contract rate, or, why there would not be an offer to renew at your current rate. This was the second time I've had to move to another unit, yet get a lower rate than previously. I think corporate has to look deeply at their policies. And now this year's increase is SIXTY PERCENT. If possible I would lower the rating to zero stars. The woman there claimed that "they might be able to change things but won't be able to get back to me until Monday. ¨ DO NOT RENT HERE. They lie about their rates. UPDATE: The reviews on their web site are obvious fakes. They're all 10 out of 10.

Update - they lowered my rate almost back to what I was paying for when I started. Still pretty lame to try and increase rates out of the blue and for no good reason. Still waiting on a bathroom and some decent wifi. _________________ Stay away.
