I am in love with this facility! Staff......STUPENDOUS!!! IT REMAINS VERY CLEAN ALWAYS!! MARSHA has akways wired with me within policy for my bill, and is the most welcoming person I know....always a joy working with her. Also I DO miss Robert as well. He was a great addition to Marsha. Second update: The cleanliness of the building has gone down. There are lots of spiders and debris from outside. The floors seem dirty all the time. It's ALWAYS smells bad, like body odor. And now with summer it is HOT in the building. You sweat in there just moving a few things around. You feel no actual cool air. This is unacceptable. Marsha is the most amazing individual to see as you walk through the doors to access your storage. She always gives a wave and smile leaving you feeling welcome and safe. We always look for her car so we can go catch up! Glad to see her and her team members anytime. It’s been a great experience with extra space storage at the Valparaiso Indiana location!
Probably the cleanest storage place I’ve rented! Marsha is amazing! Always greeting me with a smile and so quick to solve any issues or concerns i may have!!
