Daniel was awesome! He took the time to walk me to various different sized units and used his skills to help me determine the right size for my needs. He was patient, personable, and informative. As others have mentioned, it's worth considering paying for the amount of months you need upfront to avoid the rate increase once the promo period ends. I got a good deal through an online promotion which I knew would not last forever but was shocked when the price increase was almost double. However, when I called and spoke to the manager, he was able to lower the rate. He also told me that I could have prepaid for several months the initial promo rate, and it would have locked the price in, of which I was not aware. Letting you all know that now. You're welcome.

Daniel was super helpful! We booked our unit weeks before our move across the country. When we arrived we realized that our chosen unit was a little too small (because of a support beam) and we needed a different configuration. Daniel helped us pick something that perfectly fit our needs. The price was reasonable versus other options in the area. The security here seemed to be much superior to what we experienced in Denver.
