Recommendedwell - the staff at the 51st +good hope location in Milwaukee is now certainly more intelligent and helpful than previous managers as of my renting April 2025. However the company has made very few improvements to the facility other than some drainage in the paved areas - raingutters still leaky and will cause water into your unit in heavy rains, floors do not get cleaned of grease and oil after vehicles move out, need more rodent control and they do frequently raise the rents.
