This is my first time getting a storage and the manager Imarie was of great help, great customer service and had an authentic smile on her face. We need more people like her. She Explained everything thoroughly . Awesome first experience.
Priscilla was very helpful, friendly and is one of the reasons I’m continuing to keep storage at The Stan Schlueter location. She and the manager are both excellent! The facility is always clean and it is very easy to work with the app and get assistance with access to the property in case I forget my code. 😊👍
We signed an agreement starting a storage discount of $13, but 3 months later, we were informed that the cost for storage was increasing to $26. When I inquired about the reason for the change, they explained that due to high demand, they have the right to adjust the cost at their discretion. So keep that in mind! I love using Extra Space Storage as my go to for storing my possessions. The staff at multiple locations are very friendly and accommodating. The units are always clean and spacious with lock provided if needed. The online as well telephone customer support is awesome at addressing any and all concerns or questions one may have. I definitely recommend Extra Space to anyone looking to store their items short or long term. Very affordable and worth your time.
This is a great place to store your items, they were so gracious and patient with me and made the entire experience such a pleasant one, I had an outdoor unit and I had my things stored for about a year and the items and furniture were all intact when I retrieved them. Management is wonderful too they keep the entire place secure and very clean. Thank you.
