Brittany and Nyela served me very well as a customer. They have great customer service skills and when I came upon a problem where I could not move out before my rental pay date they allowed me to take my time to get my belongings out with no stressful issues and you know how stressful it is moving by yourself. Thank you so much I will come and rent from your stores facility again in the future.
Every single interaction I have had with the staff at the Hyde Park Inglewood location has been very positive. They are always welcoming, helpful and friendly. I spoke to soon. Vance no longer works there. They raised my rent after only 3 months, when signing up they said they don’t raise the rent for at 6 months, they lied!!!! So I moved from 10X15 to 10X10 to lower the rent & sold a bunch of my things. They said don’t take the free month in the new space & we won’t raise your rent for 6 months. So Friday I received a postcard that they are raising my rent 50% after only 3 months!!! Now they want to charge $297 for a 10X 10. Once again they lied to me. The manager was very polite and very precise about the Storage unit. I would definitely recommend this place to my friend and family..
I honestly can’t say enough good things about how well run this location is. Both Rakeem and Nancy have assisted me with renting units, and both answered all of my questions and made me feel welcomed. I love that the location is clean, and the rules are enforced to keep things safe for everyone.
